Snelling Yards Development will be an inter-generational campus of senior and workforce
affordable rental housing, oriented to accommodate the existing Hiawatha Corridor
transit infrastructure, but with an eye towards seeding the first connective block of bike
and pedestrian access between the Sabo Bridge and Minnehaha Park.

The Snelling Yards Development will include:
• 89 Units of Family Affordable Rental Housing
• 100 Units of Senior Affordable Housing - The Hillock
• Green Commons space
• Neighborhood connection to the proposed Greenway
• Outdoor Tot Lot
